Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Park
Depart Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, at 07:30am to Masai Mara through the Great African Rift Valley and Narok Town. You will descend the escarpment and drive via Narok to Masai Mara Game Reserve. Masai Mara is famous for its black manned lion and yearly migrations of wildebeest, Zebra, Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino, Gazelle and Leopards. Giraffe are also found here. You will arrive in time for lunch at your preferred lodge. In the afternoon you will go for a game drive to explore Hemingway’s country and Lion, Cheetah, Elephant, Buffalo and other animals. Dinner and overnight at Governors’ Camp/ Kichwa Tempo Tented Camp/ Mara Safari Club/ Mara Explorer Camp (FB)
Day 2: Game Drive in Masai Mara
After breakfast, you will take a full day viewing and exploring this spectacular National Park with a visit to the Mara River where the wildebeest migration takes place. This natural wonder of Masai Mara is to be explored now which includes viewing the well known predatory animals such as lions plus animals such as Zebras, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles. Meals and overnight at Governors’ Camp/ Kichwa Tempo Tented Camp/ Mara Safari Club/ Mara Explorer Camp (FB)
Day 3: Masai Mara Tour – Lake Nakuru Safari
After breakfast take a morning game drive as you leave the park and drive to Lake Nakuru with lunch en route. Arrive early evening for dinner and overnight Lake Nakuru Lodge
Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Nairobi
After breakfast proceed for a morning game/bird drive around the lake shores. Lake Nakuru is famous for the Flamingo (Greater and Lesser) and other water birds including a variety of terrestrial birds. It has a wide range of mammals including the rhinos, it has unique vegetation with different plant species including the biggest euphorbia forest in Africa, and the yellow acacia woodlands. Leave the park and drive to Nairobi arriving early afternoon where your safari ends.
